Bluescreen of death 0x3b

Hi. I have this problem. My computer shuts down ALOT, and sometimes a bluescreen doesn't even come up. But when it does, it's usually this one (see attached file)
My specs are:
Intel Core I5-450M Processor
4gb DDR3 Memory
NVIDIA Geforce GT 320M, 1 GB VRAM
640GB hdd

Please help me figure this out

We don't have any active bluescreen expert analysts right now but you might check over this thread >>HERE<< about requesting help and how to post your DMPs. Maybe it is something obvious I might see or the virus scan might help or someone might come along who is an expert. So as I said, read over that entire thread, scan as recommended, and post your info & DMPs.
