Windows Freezes Very Often At Random

When I played mass effect 3, my windows freezed very often. It freezed for a few second then came back then freezed again. Sometimes, it went back to desktop and I had to hit escape and enter to bring it back. The whole freezing like that last very long.

Strange as it sounds, I follow an idea from an online thread and disable the auto-hide tool bar of my default browser which is firefox and the freezing apparently stops so far. I still follow-up the progress hopefully it will really work.
