I have a 32 bit program I am trying to run on my Windows 7 OS. The tech department for this online program said that the program will not run on 64 bit. Is there a way to make this work? Thanks!

If you contacted the tech support for the program you're trying to use and they tell you it won't work on 64 bit, then it won't work.

How important is this program to you? What program is it?

I am trying to run "Tradders Access" it is for importing and exporting thousands of stock quotes daily. To me it is extremely important...if I have to return the computer I may have too.

You could install Windows 7 32 bit. I am sure you have the product key, right?

What version do you have? Home Premium, Pro or Ultimate?
