re:roboform toolbar activation question..

Hello forum members(and website admin!!),

I am having trouble adding roboform password manager toolbar (there is no option to add/enable upper toolbar but lower toolbar add/enabled ONLY ;please note this is an "offline" version of roboform app not online password manager!!) to Slimbrowser 14 in Windows 7;hopefully someone can point me in the right direction in resolving this toolbar issue!!
