Hmm. Could be a blacked out motherboard. At any rate, since it is a brand new PC, maybe you could still have it RMA'ed if it is still under warranty. You might be able to fix your problem sooner or later but I think it's best to take advantage of the warranty and have it replaced right away.

You need to improve what you're trying to say here please.

Are you stating that the NUM lock LED does not light up at all, even after pressing the NUM LOCK key?

Is the keyboard new? Can you access the BIOS at all?

You really need to be a lot more specific about what exactly is going on here. We can't read your thoughts, so please help us out.

Thanks!

When you switch on your PC, keep repeatedly tapping F2 to enter the BIOS. On some systems, the key to press might be Delete or Esc or even a different function key. The key to press should be displayed on screen (unless the BIOS has an option to suppress such messages).

Although you bought the new p.c. And you are getting error with the bios. And you also saying that num lock button is also not responding. so i think their is problem with your keyboard, i would suggest you to replace it. or it is right tat f2 button takes you toward the bios or some time esc button but i am not conform with the del button.
