No sound - Windows 7 upgrade Dell 1420

Have a Dell Insprion 1420 - recently upgraded from Windows Vista to Windows 7 professionally - have sound through earphones not speakers. Can you help?

Thanks tried that when I try to save it says "session is corrupt -download again".

You need to contact DELL because I get page not found 404 error no matter how I try to get that file. Even other driver sites link back to that page on Dell so they fail as well.
