my windows freezes a lot W7 ultimate 64 bit

Hy ,
my pc freezes a lot.sometimes every few minutes sometimes every few hours.yesterday only once today... many times...
could it be hardware or software issue ? how to be sure ?
i suspect HDD issue.
it is still under warranty.

i reinstalled my windows 3days ago.

it is window 7 ultimate 64-bit

amd athlon (tm) II x4 640 processor 3.00 GHZ
GeForce GT 440 1024mb ddr3
msi GF615M-P33 motherboard
4gb RAM

Sounds to me as if there's possible RAM problems here. Probably the timings or DIMM voltage not set correctly. Have you checked those settings? Have you checked to ensure the RAM DIMM sticks are fully seated?

i cant opet the box, if i do, my warrancy is no longer valid.
it was once on repare, faulty ram . fix it ,but i had to wait for 40days ...
do not won to do that again if it no a must
is there a test i can make ?
also when i force restart my pc it cannot comunicate to drive...
i shut it down , wait for 30sec and turn it on,start windows normaly and it works again..
also,whenever i have problem with internet ,glich or connection is lost...my pc freezes
it takes long time to explore my hdd,and to open any file.sometimes files are empty ,f5 for refresh and they are there again....
does any of these help ?
