Hey everybody,

So my laptop is pretty new, I've had it since late February of this year. I've come to realize that when the charger is plugged in, it works completely fine. But when I unplug the charger, it starts freezing up for about 2 seconds and then works normally again every couple of minutes. I've scanned it for viruses and there are none. I plan on taking it to an electronics store to get it checked out but I wanted to see if anybody knows a solution to this problem beforehand.

Thanks in advance!

It sounds like you may need to adjust the Power Options (accessed from Control Panel). Try High Performance. If that doesn't stop it then I would take it back to the store.
