I think i have a virus or hacked or something help

My Microsoft Office 2010 is currupt and my laptop is not the same....I think my browser has been taken over. I down loaded hijack this and to me it looks bad but I always look on the dark side and im a complete beginner so I need some expert advice to look through my files as hijack this will not let me send the folders to be analised??
I will try to attatch the files and if anyone could help i would be very grateful, thanks Sara
