Do I have a virus?

I need help because I think I've got a virus

First of all the WiFi taskbar icon have been replaced with the Ethernet one plus some errors when trying to view a wireless network properties also the device manager has got blank suddenly & the rest is in the pics:

1. Flash Player Problems when opening YouTube in Firefox only:

2. Connection name has gone in addition to the disappearance of both Ethernet & WiFi Adapter from the adapter settings section in the Network and Sharing Center:

have you tried asystem restore? if it doesn't work, I recommend you reinstall windows and deleting all partitions. or maybe run antivirus software
