Downloading (W7,64bit)

Help! I am trying to install a new HP4551e printer which entails the downloading of Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 (as listed on the HP installation guide). I try downloading and it stops "cannot continue due to error code 80090327". HP states it is a Microsoft issue. Please help! Thanks bunch in advance. Jerry J. Las Vegas
