Go to the start button (globe), lower left side.
Click on “All Programs”.
Click on the Internet Explorer with out
the (64-bit). This should be the 32bit browser.
Set it for default.
Hope this works for you.
Take Care.

You must be manually selecting the 64Bit IE.
The 32 bit is the default, and 64Bit cannot be made, at present to be the default.
If you use Flash a lot, then right click the IE 32Bit browser (in the Start - programs)and pin it to the desktop or taskbar, so that you can be sure you are using the correct one.
