I found that every time I opened a Word document to edit it used to change into a form of negative format and nothing I could do would open it for sometimes as much as three minutes. Someone suggested that I check my Windows Updates but they would not run so I typed the following into the Internet.
"Windows Update will not open" I did not write down what it said but the following came up when I followed their instructions.
Service regimentation is missing.
Windows Update Error. OX80070057 2017-01-16 T-045052P not fixed.
Since then I've found the following software and wonder if that could help me sort the problem out.
Office Home and Students 2010.
Drivers and Utilities already installed.
Recovery DVD 1 and 2
