I was watching Netflix and I paused it to go get something to drink, when I came back the computer shut down and when I turned it back on the background was green squares and I cannot connect to the internet. I already did the MSCONFIG thing and rebooted it but nothing works. The background is still green squares and I checked the router and all the cables are connected. Any help please?
