Windows 7 Instllation Error 0xC0000005 or 0x80070714

when i reach expanding eternity files i get a either 0xC0000005 or 0x80070714 error.
what can i do to stop it

Is this a retail DVD or a downloadable version (via Technet/MSDN etc...) which you have burnt to disk?

Sometimes a corrupt download or improper DVD burn can cause these errors.

I would check that the ISO download is valid first. You can confirm this by verifying the MD5 checksum is correct. This varies depending on your version of download, but you should be able to find it easily via Google :)

Something like FastSum will let you check the file : http://www.fastsum.com/press/md5-checker.php

Once you've done that, re-burn it at a slower speed and then try again.
