Windows 7 crashes ,help !!

hi friends , please help with this problem , my system restarts every other minute, while typing for help in this forum it restarted 3 times ,it just restarts in the middle of some work be it browsing , or movie watching etc. It sometimes take two - three atempts to boot after restart .I am attaching my spu ,motherboard screenshots from specy ,eventlog,also info from CPU-Z and Rammon sufficient and if you need further information please ask me

Actually its hows a message "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." in event log

and a warning "The content source <csc://{S-1-5-21-2465929184-1095597420-2423861549-1000}/> cannot be accessed. is also present.

Mate,

First run chkdsk /r (Fix any errors on the disk fro the unexpected reboot)
Is there any files in the C:\Windows\minidump directory?
Let us know how it goes.
