Win7 Jump Lists - Clearing Info

Referring too: Windows Explorer on the Task Bar.

Is there a way to clear the "Recent" (all at once) without clearing the
items that are pinned?
Assuming that the info is in the Registry, any idea where it is located?

Ccleaner will also give you the option of clearing recent documents,
because the jumplists are just the same thing.
