Hi, New to the forum (mainly for my issue lol) anyway...

I have a USB flash drive which works just fine on both of my Win 7 (Ultimate-64 bit) systems..

However, as soon as i plug it in to my windows 10 system, eject it as normal and then insert it in to any of my Win 7 systems I am told it needs to be formatted!..I do not want the two systems networked and there for need a quick method of transferring the project files from one system to another. How come i can swap the USB drive between all my Win 7 systems with out issue/need to format but as soon as the stick 'visits. a Win 10 system and goes back in to a Win 7 system it 'needs' formatting?

Any advice/info on why Win 10 keeps doing this please? The USB stick is brand new from Maplins (32GB) Thank you. :)
