Is it possible to install the win7 or Vista native games (solitaire,
mah jong, etc.) into a computer that use windows XP.

That's funny because I was looking to do the opposite. I would like to have
the old XP versions on my Win7 machine. I don't like the way the newer
solitaire requires you to be on an empty place of the game to right-click
(ie-it doesn't work over the deck)

Just copy the XP exe file and also cards.dll over to your Win7 machine.
