Unable to share network, unable to start ICS

Hi
I have win7 on my laptop. I am using wireless connection. When I
tried to share wireless connection with virtual network adapter it give
me an error as unable to start ICS because of dependencies. I tried to
start those dependend serivces
I was able to start following dependend services
Application Layer Gateway Servic
Network Connection
Network Location Awareness (NLA
Plug And Pla
Remote Procedure Call (RPC
Telephon
But I could not start the following services
Remote Access Auto Connection Manage
Remote Access Connection Manager
Also pls tell me how exactly this sharing works
