Unable to open DVD

Hi all,

I've received a DVD+RW taped conversation of a telephone call which I need to open post haste. It comes as a zipped folder containing 2 files, neither of which can be opened because "the destination file could not be created".

Is there a very simple way to open this, please?

Are you trying to copy the zip files to a destination foler that you do not have any permissions to do so?
Or are you trying to open the zip files from the DVD+RW?

Yeah you can't open them by double-clicking them on the disc. Copy them on your hard drive and open them there.

Do a "Copy & Paste" of the file from the disc to a folder on your computer and then "unzip" it.

If you're gonna ask me how to do a "Copy & Paste", then well...
