Unable to Factory Reset Windows 7

My old Windows 7 PC is slow and acting up. I can't upgrade to Windows 10 anymore, so I'm trying to factory reset it to fix things. The problem is, none of the usual methods are working for me.
I can't use safe mode with command prompt because my arrow keys arent working. The Control Panel doesn't have the "Restore your computer to factory conditions" option anymore; it's been replaced with Reinstall Windows (Requires an installation disc), which I don't have and cant to buy. And there are no restore points for System Restore to work with. Even trying to reinstall Windows 7 from the internet using the "upgrade now" button is a no-go.

Any ideas on how to get this sorted?

Since you don't have the installation disc and your arrow keys are acting up, you're in a tough spot.

One option is to create a bootable USB with a Windows 7 ISO file. You can download the ISO from Microsoft's website if you have your product key. Then, use a tool like Rufus to make a bootable USB. This way, you can reinstall Windows 7 from the USB.
If you're ever able to upgrade, here's a handy guide for resetting Windows 11: https://operatingsystems.info/how-to-factory-reset-pc-windows-11/
