Slow Upload speeds

My upload speed is very slow and I need to disable Large Send Offload settings but they wont stay disabled. I disable them, close the window and reopen and they are enabled again. I've used the netsh global TCP disable commands to no avail. Any have a suggestion on how to permanently disable the settings.

Try to clear Cache Files, temp files. Maybe some temporary files are stored in your PC's HDD. And change the DNS to Google DNS. It might help you.

Hi Hector, Thanks for replying. I installed a new network card and fixed the problem. The onboard network gave up the ghost I reckon. The sys is 4 years old and I'll be upgrading it soon. The sound sys has already quit so time to renew.
