Realtek Bluetooth Driver for Windows 10 Upgrade

I encountered an issue while trying to upgrade my fully compatible Windows 7 to Windows 10. After a lengthy download, I was prompted with the 'What needs your attention' screen, indicating that the Realtek driver/server 'isn't ready for this version of Windows 10.' Despite following a support article, I couldn't locate the Realtek driver in the device manager at step 17. How can I find and update or remove the driver? Additionally, I haven't found any Realtek files on my device, leading me to believe the problem lies with the driver.
