Can't find Realtek dashboard download site

Switched from XP to Windows seven and it lost my dashboard for Realtek. Does anyone know where the download is located? Have tried many locations and can't figure out which one has the dashboard for downloading.

OR...is there something else that works as well?

Thanks much Bassfisher but....(ain't there always one of those??)...I've already tried that site and even though it wouldn't download for me last night I tried it again.
So...Bah Humbug or something like that.

When I try to download you can see it searching for the right link but it never finds it.

If you have any other suggestions I'm really open.
