I recovered from a nasty virus scare earlier and got things back to normal, while snooping around making sure things were stable and secure I opened my resource monitor for the first time ( I'm decent with computers but far from a genius) and noticed it was only using about 2gigs out of my 4gigs of ram. I'm on a win7 ultimate computer 64 bit. 2 gigs are being used, and about 2 gigs are on standby with 0 mbs of memory as free.

is this normal? or is there a way i can change it to use it to the fullest?

It doesn't seem normal to me. Here's a screen capture of my RAM usage and I have 6GB total. You should have some in standby and such. I am running the x64 Windows 7 Professional

That definately don't sound right. I'm Win 7 Ultimate 64bit 4 Gig RAM and right now while Folding@Home I have 1373 MB in use, 27MB Modified, 2014 MB Standby and 681MB free
