SOLVED Problems starting windows

[Kalario]

After I click on the user and input my password, it hangs for while then I get this error:

"The Windows Installer Service could not be accessed. This can occur if the Windows Installer is not correctly installed. Contact your support personnel for assistance."

Anyone seen this error before and knows what to do?
