For some reason, I can no longer create ne folders in Documents or Pictures. When I press the New Folder, nothing happens. i'm not certain when this problem began, but it has been a problem for the past two weeks at least. I know that the problem did not exist as far back as April, as I created several new folders then. I use 64 bit Windows 7 OS.

I think I would start by trying Microsoft's fix-it tool for File and folder problems.
