Older Devices on Windows 7 ?

I bought an AIPTEK PenCam at a thrift store for $2 !
Everything is there. Used to work on Windows 98 !

Is there ANY WAY to get such an old device to work under Windows & Professional ?

Shame to toss the camera - cute - neat....but won't work under Windows 7 (even in xp mode).

Contacted AIPTEK support with question (they'll probably laugh!).
