Microsoft have issued a Security Advisory #2755801. The 23rd update since Microsoft embedded Adobe Flash in to Internet Explorer.

So go to Control Panel -> System and Security -> Windows Update and check for updates. You should get the fix.

Adobe Flash version can be check HERE.

And downloaded from Adobe Download Centre HERE. For the the other browsers.

Some Technical information can be found HERE.

There is yet another IE warning: Security Advisory 2963983.

This Internet Explorer vulnerability does not yet have an IE solution although I did read an article that said the Flash update should help mitigate the issue.

It affects IE6 through IE11 and can allow a website to run code with the same level of access as the user (Yet another reason individuals should use USER accounts rather than ADMIN accounts).

Absolutely correct, it doesn't fix IE.

What you can do, if your feeling technical is to download EMET (Enhanced Mitigation Experience Toolkit) and follow this BLOG to protect Internet Explorer.

But that is a lot of effort, the easy way is yo use Mozilla Firefox.
