Is it Windows 7 or OE8 fault that Favorites are shown NOT in
alphabetical order ?

There is no OE8, but if you mean IE8, then yes, it's IE's "fault" if you
want to call it that. IE7 was the same way. Personally, I like it that way
since I can group the links the way I want and they'll stay that way. If you
want them sorted alphabetically, click on Favorites, then right click on any
link or folder, and pick Sort by Name.

After I sent the question - I figured it out that instead to click
"Organize Favorites" I did as you said clicked on the folder
and this "alphabetical" option came up...

OE8? Do you mean IE8?

There is a "Sort by name" choice under "Organize Favorites." In my
view, giving you the choice of whether they appear in alphabetical
order or the way you want to arrange them is *good*, not bad. I don't
consider that a fault at all.
