Install Problem

Hi Guys,

Was hoping someone could help me with a problem! :)

I downloaded the Windows 7 Beta today and was hoping to install it. I've decided to run a dual boot with Windows XP 32-bit. I created a partition to install it and booted from the DVD. The problem happens when I get to the "Starting Windows" screen. It loads for a few seconds and then simply freezes. I left it for about 15 minutes and nothing happened, so I knew it was frozen.

I tried burning the image to a DVD again but it did the same thing. I'm not sure what the problem could be, I've never had this issue when I've booted from the CD for both XP and Vista.

Any suggestions would be appreciated :) thanks.

If you boot from XP and then run setup from the DVD it should work. I have had NO problem doing it that way (twice)
