Windows 7 Updates - installation problems

This morning I downloaded 14 general windows updates - 2 got sucessfully installed before I lost internet connection.

Silly question - but is there anyway I can just install the updates from the downloaded updates (if so how)?

Or do I have to start the whole process again?
