IE Favorites question

How often should IE or my PC be backing up the IE Favorite to my C//Userprofile/Favorites folder ?

I noticed the contents of that folder are from July. That can't be right as changes to IE have been made since then.

It doesn't back it up to that folder, that is the live folder it actually uses. If you are displaying a date field see if it is Date Created or Date Modified. Set it to show Date Modified and I suspect the dates will look more current

Deleated a website link and sure enough not showing up in the folder.
