I have an MP4 of a movie which I would like to put onto a DVD. I have a DVD-R dvd, and I want to load on the mp4 in a way that I can watch it both on my PC and on a DVD Player. What software should I use to do this, and how?

    Thanks in advance,
    Aidan

You need a DVD Authoring tool. You select the MP4, put a blank DVD in the drive, set some options & in an hour or two it converts & burns the DVD.

Personally I use paid software WinXDVD but you might try free software like DVDStyler. Just read each screen on the install because it may offer other software you don't want or need to burn DVDs, such as Incredibar which can take over your browser settings (this is how the product can generate revenue for the developer while offering it for free) so be sure to uncheck on not agree to the extras.
