I hope someone can help me mMy wife had her Toshiba laptop stolen and when she got it back all 3 partions were empty
How do I go about installing windows again. I have a product recovery disk that was supplied with the laptop can I use that ?

If you have an ISO that does not have all the boot files then the ISO has been tampered with. I would suggest getting legal media that does have boot files on the DVD.

The boot file & everything you need to install Windows is supposed to be on the disc. Either the iso file was burned wrong, it was burned with faulty equipment (bad DVD drive), or you have a counterfeit or "bootleg" copy of Windows. It's odd that only the boot file is missing, I mean very odd. Sorry, I can't help you with your issue. You need to contact the people where you got the iso from, or contact Microsoft. They have a program to help victims of counterfeit or pirated versions of Windows, if you cooperate with them.
