Hard Disk Size vs Space Used

I have a 120 GB Corsair SSD hard drive that is my C drive. When I view its properties it shows 99 GB used and 12.5 GB free. When I view the properties of all of the files that are supposedly on that drive, I see a total of 70.9 GB (or 60.3 GB size on disk since I have compression turned on). I have attached pictures showing screenshots of what I'm talking about. I have system protection turned off so I don't have any restore points taking up the extra space. So my question is, what could be taking up the other 28.1 GB (or 38.7 GB using the 60.3 GB size on disk) and why can't I see it?
