internal hard disk not showing, permission error

I'm very glad to have just being accepted, problem is I have been using my laptop for 2 years now that when I was trying to setup permission for one of the hard disk partition I had forgotten to select owning account for the portion which is drive c, so it couldn't allow access to the drive more so its not showing on the computer it says access denied may anyone help me it has my data
