I have a Dell running Vista 64 bit, I want to go to WIN7 32 bit because I have 2 other computers to upgrade and want to buy the family pack. Will I have any problems.

You should have no problem. If I'm not mistaken, the Family Packs also come with both the 32bit and 64bit install discs.

If you do go 32bit Windows will only see up to 3GB Ram, also do make a nice full format clean install (dont see many but Dell did roll out a Dell Optiplex 64bit PC).

Why downgrade the one with x64 capability? The Family Pack license will allow you to install to 3 computers. That way you can have Windows 7 x64 on one machine and the x86 (32 bit) version on the other two machines.

If you have 4GB of RAM or more on your Vista 64 bit machine, as Veedaz stated - you'll only see 3GB of RAM.

Your Dell PP33L laptop is quite a beast it appears, install the Windows 7 x64 OS on it and let 'er rip!
