SOLVED Error accesing the system registry

I am getting this error when inserting the MS Office CD to install the software after I installed win 7 (clean install). Anyone knows how to fix this?

This pops up now and then in Windows OS, you probably need to run the setup file as administrator also tone down or close off UAC (User Account Control)

I am logged on as admin, same problem

Edit: Closed off UAC and now is in the process of installing.
