I am running windows 7 64 bit Home. When I run the system maintenance program troubleshooting tells me that I have a "Disk Volume Error" Issue. I have a brand new 320 GB hard drive. The manufacturer's utility says the drive is fine.
Check disk does not fix the error and there are no symptoms of problems except: In what may or may not be a related issue, when I try to run the DeviceCenterDiagnostic.diagcab from Windows I get:
"A problem is preventing the troubleshooter from starting."
