Hi,
I had a quick at the last 5 mini dumps. And it appears that atikmpag.sys is a problem. So either update to the latest ATI video drivers or re-install them.
Additionally, you should look at updating all other software drivers.

thank you very much for looking into minudump.
i check for update and it showed that drive is up to date and i was not too confident uninstalling and installing back as i have never done such thing.
but i found this overlay on ati website for this card and they are saying that it can fix the issue. see the link below.
http://www2.ati.com/DRIVERS/mobile/12-3_mobility_vista_win7_64_dd_ccc.exe
will post comment if it dosent crash in 10 days.
