Does anyone know how to fix his Windows 7 error?

First off, Catalyst Control Center is NOT part of Windows 7, it is software created and installed for your video card.

But anyway, it's a good possibility you have been hit by malware (i.e. a Virus). See HERE. Download and install the free version of Malwarebytes and then reboot into safe mode and manually run Malwarebytes (NOTE when Malwarebytes starts, do NOT allow it to run the trial edition if you have any other Anit-virus software installed, say No and then manually just have it run a complete scan).

Once you are virus-free, hopefully you can show hidden files and get the libraries restored. If you need help with that let us know but first please make sure you don't have a virus.
