I accidently deleted my booting files I have a bootable USB but my pc is not booting from USB it is showing a blinking cursor on black screen

You will need to enter the BIOS settings & set it so the USB boots first.

I set up it but now I am booting from cd after showing logo it shows your pc is ran in a problem the error is :-

Faulty Device causes the computer to boot to a black screen.
Another cause could be that you have a faulty device such as a DVD drive or CD drive. The computer is trying to find all devices connected to the computer and comes across a problem device. This often causes a black screen with a flashing cursor. As you are using USB for booting I think there might be a fault in your USB try doing it will another PC.
