dell Dimension 8200

I have a old desktop that is the main computer in my house. It is a dell dimension 8200. It was running XP and today I did a fresh install of Windows 7. Everything seems to be working okay except for the ethernet adapter doesnt work. Anyone have any help they could give me please?

Card Network, Ethernet, 10/100 CNET, REVISION

Download S.I.W., it will tell you what NIC card you have and chipset for it.

At least it should if all goes right. SIW Without Installer (English-Only)

Copy it on the computer you're having the issue with and then run it.
