My computer crashes like everytime i play a game and its very annoying. I updated my graphic card, but it still crash. Please help.

Intel Celeron CPU E3300 2.50 GHz
3 GB RAM
Windows 7 64-bit

Please write if u need some more information about my computer.

P.S. I can't put my minidump in, it keep asking me that you don't have the acces to it. But i am the administrator.

Edit: Sometimes my computer restarts and after it restart my screen is purple (purple screen only happens sometimes).
Edit: Computer freezes like everytime.
Edit: There stands different text (bad_pool_header, iqrl not less or equal, system service exception etc.).
Edit: Everytime it crashes and show the blue screen it freezes the same time so it doesen't come in the minidump folder.

Copy the minidump to your documents folder and then zip it there.

It's saying that my minidump files are invalid (I'm runing safe mode). Why?

It keeps saying that i need permission to post it. And i did put them in a folder.

And yesterday i got 9 minidump files now i only have three?

Define the pronoun "It" in these sentences. What is saying your files are invalid, your computer, this website?

To post the dumps here they must be zipped up. You said you already copied them to a folder (it must be a folder where you have write permissions like under My Documents"); now select the files, right-click, and Send To ... Compressed Zip. Then here on the forum click "Go advanced" and select the paperclip icon, then attach the zipped files.

I don't know how to give my folders permission.

And when i run in safe mode i do have permission but then the website say that the file is invalid.

It must be a zip file and there is a size limit of 1.19mb so if you have multiple files you may need to create a few zips rather than put them all in one.

As for permissions, if you copy them to your "My Documents" folder then you WILL have the write permission you need to zip them.

I don't know why some of your dumps would disappear. I know products like CCleaner might delete them to free up space so perhaps you have something like that.

Anyway, there are 6 dumps in there so hopefully somebody that can read dmps will take a look now. I'm afraid that part is beyond me. I will move this to the BSODs thread so hopefully it gets noticed.

Hi ceyilmaz.

A couple of variations in Stop Codes:
STOP 0x00000019: BAD_POOL_HEADER
Usual causes:
Device driver

STOP 0x0000000A: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Usual causes:
Kernel mode driver, System Service, BIOS, Windows, Virus scanner, Backup tool, compatibility

STOP 0x0000003B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION
Usual causes:
System service, Device driver, graphics driver, ?memory

To Start you off. Your graphics drivers are mentioned in one of your dmp files so it would be a good idea to re-set them:

  • Download the latest nVidia Graphics Drivers.
  • Download and install Driver Sweeper in normal mode.
  • Boot to Safe Mode
  • Uninstall your current Graphics Driver set up using Driver Sweeper.
  • Reboot to Normal Mode.
  • Install your new Graphics Driver set up.
Also:
Norton Symantec is known to be a cause of BSOD's on many Windows 7 systems. Download Blue Screen friendly Microsoft Security Essentials. Uninstall Norton using the Norton Removal Tool in Safe Mode. Install MSE in normal mode. Make sure Windows firewall is enabled!

I'll update this post shortly when I've finished with your dmp files.

********* !! UPDATE !! **********

Old and incompatible drivers can and do cause issues with Windows 7, often giving false error codes.

Outdated Drivers. Update:

nvmf6264.sys Tue May 19 23:51:35 2009 nVidia nForce network driver

I can't remove norton with the removal tool. I do it on safe mode, but when i press run it doesen't do anything. Why?

You first can remove Norton using it's uninstall routine. Then after that runs you run the removal tool. Neither should have to be done in safe mode.
