How do I do this in Windows 7 beta build 7000? Being a XP user, the whole, "personalize," thing is very confusing.

Try this : :)

Right click desktop > Personalize > Window Color (at the bottom)

Once you are in the Window Colour and appearance box, click on parts of the image to select that item type. You can then change the font by choosing something from the dropdown box. For example, if you want the title text to appear in comic sans - click the title bar in the image and select "comis sans" from the font box.

Hope that helps :)
