changing from 32 bit to 64 bit

I have an installation file for windows 7 32 bit ,i have an 64 bit capable machine and i want to put an 64 bit os
is there any way to upgrade the same setup installation file into 64 bit ?

There is no "upgrade" from 32 to 64-bit. You need to back up all your data/settings (Windows Easy Transfer is a good tool for this and comes with the W7 OS) to an external hard drive or large flash drive. Make sure you have the W7 product key. Then you take the 64-bit W7 Installation DVD and you completely reinstall. Then restore your migration data/settings. And reinstall all your programs.
