Cannot send emails

My Outlook 2007 & Windows Live mail will no longer send emails.This message appears:
550 5.7.1 qAFFDC6W020103 This message does not comply with required standards.

I have contacted my internet provider and everything looks fine in settings for email accounts. I can receive and relply to emails.

I can access my email through my provider account and send and receive through them.
Anyone have a clue what is wrong?

Maybe try Mozilla Thunderbird as a test.

Just set up a single account, nothing fancy!.

It appears you are going through an exchange server. See if this helps.

Go to Tools- Email Account- change email- double click your mail account

Click MoreSettings- Select Outgoing Server tab Check the check box My Outgoing Server SMTP Requires authentication

Select Logon on using and give your userID and Password

Click Ok and Next and Finish.​
