SOLVED Cannot FILE/SEND/LINK BY E-MAIL in IE9?

I have a new problem and I do not know what heading to put it under. I am using IE 9. when I go to a site and want to e-mail it to someone I usually go to FILE/SEND/LINK BY E-MAIL. I can no longer use this function - it is not highlighted. The only thing highlighted is FILE/SEND/SHORTCUT TO DESKTOP. Any idea why this function is not available anymore? Thank you.

I did the Registry Key that was recommended and it worked like a charm - thanks to everyone trying to help. I love this site!
